Shared Ownership. Private Experience.

Fractional ownership allows you to enjoy all the benefits of owning a yacht without the full financial and operational burden.

Instead of purchasing the boat outright, six owners each acquire a share, giving them guaranteed usage of the yacht for several weeks per year. All running costs — including berthing, maintenance, and management — are shared equally, while the yacht is professionally maintained and ready to use at all times. You get the experience of private yacht ownership, with significantly lower costs, zero hassle, and a fair, structured booking system that ensures everyone enjoys prime time on the water.

With Malta’s exceptional year-round weather, each shareholder will enjoy 8 weeks of usage per year, starting from Week 19 (beginning of May 2026).

The allocation follows a simple and fair rotating system across all six shareholders:

• Week 19 – Shareholder A
• Week 20 – Shareholder B
• Week 21 – Shareholder C
• Week 22 – Shareholder D
• Week 23 – Shareholder E
• Week 24 – Shareholder F

The rotation then continues in the same order:

• Week 25 – Shareholder A
• Week 26 – Shareholder B
• Week 27 – Shareholder C
• Week 28 – Shareholder D
• Week 29 – Shareholder E
• Week 30 – Shareholder F

…and so on throughout the operational season.

This structured rotation ensures that each shareholder receives an equal distribution of weeks, including access to peak periods over time, maintaining fairness and simplicity for all parties involved.The yacht will be unavailable for 4 weeks in February, during which it will undergo scheduled maintenance and servicing at the shipyard.
